Terms of service

1. Agreement
By accessing BrandPulse BD you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Subscription & billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Usage above plan limits is metered and invoiced in arrears at the rates published in your admin console.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, hateful or that violates third-party rights.
4. Customer data
You retain all rights to data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service.
5. AI outputs
Subject to your inputs and applicable law, you own outputs generated for your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before publication.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination we will provide a 30-day data export window.
