This policy describes how BrandPulse BD Systems, Inc. ("BrandPulse", "we") collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website, sign up for an account or use our services.

2. Information we collect

Account data (name, work email, company), workspace content you submit, usage telemetry, billing details processed by our PCI-DSS Level 1 partner, and support correspondence.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the service, deliver support, secure our infrastructure, comply with legal obligations and — where you opt in — communicate product updates.

4. AI processing

Inputs you submit to AI features are processed by our models and approved subprocessors. Customer content is not used to train foundation models without explicit, written consent.

5. Data residency

Workspaces can be pinned to EU, US, IN or SG regions. Data is not replicated across regions without your instruction.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Submit requests via privacy@brandpulse.example or your admin console.
